Scandinavian Konditori

When I was reading an article of Sweets, I came up to the line saying that Paris Bakery have sweets as well as bread. Well... it is totally same with Danish / Swedish bakery. (and I guess all European countries have such tradition)

People call bakeries as "Konditori" and they have danish pastry, which they call "Wiena Bread", and cakes and chocolate. Yes, they are cake shops as well as bakery. Actually there are a lot of old Konditories in scandinavia, where have their traditional style. They are cafe as well as bakery. Those Cafe tend to have quite sophicticated atomospher where small talbes, fragile and decorative chairs, flowers on the corner of the room, well-dressed waiter/waitress.

One difference from French Bakery is that baker at Scandinavia are not looked down by professional cake maker, which is my impression.
