Sushi at Malm〓

Since we had a guest from Denmark, living in the US and Belgium since 1999, we decided to go out for dinner. Following his request, we looked for Sushi restaurant...How amazing sushi has become popular these days.

I used to be so much distructed by sushi-ya in foreign countries because of its fake...never acceptable way of serving, making, lately I think I became more generous to them.
If they try to be just like Japanese sushi-ya, and which fails from my point of view, I wouldn't allow them. However, if they have their own way inspired by Japanese sushi, they sholud be applauded.

Izakaya Koi, seems to have the latter.
